Our ‘BIG DIG’ PYO POTATOE SEASON begins 1st August 2020, Wednesday – Sunday.
At Church Farm, we are here to spoil you. When you are visiting our family farm, we pride ourselves in going above and beyond to make sure your day is the very best it can be.
We are really pleased to share that after careful consideration and lots of planning, we will be opening for PYO this year at Spilmans, FRIDAY 12TH JUNE.
We have made some changes to ensure that we can keep all our visitors and our team as safe as possible.

PLEASE DO NOT REPORT TO THE FARM SHOP ON ARRIVAL – THIS IS WILL BE OPERATING AS A TAKE AWAY KIOSK THIS SEASON.
Please read the following information carefully whilst planning your visit to Spilmans.
From 1st August we are open Wednesday – Sunday for PYO Potatoes and Maize Maze.
Contactless payments preferred. On arrival, please follow signs directing you to the fields.
Before entering the fields you will be asked to:
• Wash your hands
• Follow the one way entry and exit walkways
• Queue safely using the floor markers
• Collect a punnet and map from one of our team
• Walk as a household to the strawberry fields – maintaining a safe distance from other visitors at all times.
• Please keep a minimum of three rows between the next group of pickers.
• Please read our safety guidelines before booking your tickets.
Our Take Away Kiosk is situated in our Farm Shop building this year. See map for where the Farm Shop & PYO are located this year.
Open during the PYO season for take out hot and cold drinks, sweet treats and snacks and ice creams. Contactless payments preferred.
Before joining the queue you will be asked to:
• Gel your hands
• Form a queue from under the dutch barn.
• Queue safely using the clear floor markers
• Place your order at the counter maintaining a safe distance from the safety screen
• Move along to collect your order from over the counter
• We kindly ask that all takeaway items are consumed away from the farm.
Our Farmshop is located in our cafe building. See map for where take away & PYO are located this year.
We are open Wednesday – Sunday 10am – 5pm. Contactless payments preferred.
Maximum 3 persons at one time in the shop. Only one member of a household is allowed in the shop at one time. Please ask for assistance if you would prefer not to enter the shop.

• Pay for your shopping at the counter maintaining a safe distance from the safety screen.
We will continue to run our popular contactless Click and Collect food ordering service. Order online before MIDDAY and collect the NEXT DAY.
You can order your essentials online and we will prepare them for your collection from within our Farmshop.
